Recently passed public health and fire inspection without and issues or concerns.

It's hooked up to sewer and water and has electric heat and an electric water heater.

Brand new exhaust unit was installed in June and also added 2 new frymaster fryers, 1 new freezer and beverage fridge, new propane line from tanks to the inside and pressure/leak tested. Suppression system was also inspected and passed.

This business has been in the same busy highway location for 20+ years. New lease agreement is responsibility of new owner to remain at this location.

This is the last weekend open for the season. We appreciate Arthur and surrounding communities for your support this 2023 season. We can’t wait to open next year with the new menu etc.
