Antonyme poursuit son histoire avec une nouvelle génération de restaurateurs passionnés, engagés et déterminés à proposer une gastronomie locale, créative et durable.
Notre complicité de frère et sœur apporte une dimension humaine forte au projet, nourrie par des valeurs communes et une ambition partagée.
Nous serons fermés pendant deux semaines, durant lesquelles nous collaborerons étroitement avec Spencer et Marc‑André afin d’assurer une transition efficace, respectueuse et structurée. Nous tenons à les remercier sincèrement pour leur collaboration, leur soutien et leur contribution au passé et au futur du Antonyme, la perle du Vieux-Aylmer.
Nous souhaitons préserver l’âme du lieu tout en y apportant une énergie renouvelée, une structure opérationnelle solide et une vision culinaire résolument tournée vers le terroir local.
Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau — au plaisir de vous voir et de partager de beaux moments avec vous bientôt!

Antonyme continues its story with a new generation of restaurant owners, passionate, committed, and determined to offer creative, sustainable, and locally rooted cuisine.
Our bond as brother and sister brings a strong human dimension to the project, shaped by shared values and a unified ambition.
We will be closed for two weeks to ensure a smooth transition, working closely with Spencer and Marc‑André to guarantee an efficient, respectful, and well‑structured handover. We sincerely thank them for their collaboration, their support, and their contribution to both the past and the future of Antonyme, the gem of Old Aylmer.
Our goal is to preserve the soul of the restaurant while bringing renewed energy, a solid operational structure, and a culinary vision deeply connected to our local resources.
