Can you believe another season of BBQ in Bala is almost in the books for 2025!

It’s not to late to get your fill though.

We have one more week left before we shut down. Our last day will be October 19th.

Hope to see all our familiar faces and some new ones before the season ends with a bang during the Bala Cranberry festival which runs from Friday October 17 till Sunday the 19th

We are now everyday people!

That's right, we may be sleeping beside our smokers for the next couple months, but it will be totally worth it to make sure everyone has a chance to get their hands on our favorite food to cook and eat!

Tuesday June 24th we will be open from 4pm-7pm, then every day after that, you can catch us open from 11am-7pm. Best to get here early to secure your favorite meats before we sell out for the day.

Hosting a large group this summer? Make sure to feed them with Smokin Birds smoked meat platters and sides from. Reach out to us at [email protected] to book your platters in advance. All meats are available to purchase by the pound, even the ones you dont see on the menu every day (think, beef ribs, pork side ribs, pulled lamb shoulder)

Thanks everyone for a fun, exciting and busy summer season at The Smokin’ Birds. We are now closed for the season but are taking whole brisket orders for your freezer over the winter. Email us info@thesmokinbirds if you would like a whole smoked brisket by Wednesday, October 18. Pick ups will be available on Saturday & Sunday October 21&22 for these orders.
