June 14th will always hold a special place in my heart. 🤍
It was Nova Dough Co.’s Day One. Our very first official pre-order pick-up day.
I still remember how nervous I was leading up to it. Wondering if anyone would show up. Wondering if people would like what I had worked so hard to create. Wondering if this little dream of mine would actually become something.
But every single one of you greeted me with the kindest smiles, open hearts, encouragement, and excitement. From that very first day, you made me feel like Nova Dough Co. belonged here.
Over the last year, you’ve watched me learn, grow, experiment, make mistakes (like confidently holding this egg-shaped loaf as if it was exactly what I intended… 😂), celebrate wins, and continuously push myself to create the very best products I can. So many of you ask me when I find the time, and the truth is there’s no exaggeration when I say there have been countless middle-of-the-night bakes, early mornings, late nights, and long days balancing Nova Dough Co. alongside my full-time career.
And somehow… here we are.
One year later.
What started as a tiny idea and a love for sourdough has become something bigger than I ever imagined. A community. Friendships. Familiar faces every week. A business that continues to grow because of the support of the most incredible customers. 🥹
It honestly makes me tear up when I stop and think about what Nova Dough Co. has become.
Thank you for every order, every kind word, every recommendation, every shared post, every message, and every ounce of support you’ve given me along the way. You’ve helped turn a dream into something real, and I will never be able to put into words how grateful I am for that.
And truly, each and every one of you deserves the biggest squeeze. 🥹 Thank you for believing in me, cheering me on, and making this little bakery feel so loved.
