We got a new cookie!
New to you actually, Momma used to make these chocolate coconut cookies at home often, they were definitely one of my favourites!
Chip Chip Coconut is a cocoa based cookie with sweetened coconut shavings, mixed with semi sweet and white chocolate chips!
When you guys joke about how you wouldn't be able to be around the cookies all day and still have some to sell... it might be real this week.

So make sure you come and try them while supplies last.

Hope everyone had a great Canada Day!!

Oh Big Cookie fans, we have two new flavours we've been wanting to make for a long time for Canada Day weekend, and they happen to both have a strawberry theme (total coincidence it's true)

Oat Seed Nut is our classic oatmeal base with pumpkin and sunflower seeds, strawberry flavoured cashews, and white chocolate.

We also have a Peanut Butter and Jam sandwich cookies!! Two peanut butter cookies with strawberry jam in the middle. Looks a bit like a reverse Canadian flag?

Pupdate: the doggy is back with his family :)

We get lots of dogs at Big Cookie, including this little brown dachshund.
Looks like he jumped out of the car and got left behind!
If this is your dog, we want you to know we brought him inside in the shade, and he will wait for you here 🙂

LOVE FOR TOFFEE TOP! 🧡
Every week I get asked if I have the "butterscotch cookie with the toffee bits on top"

One morning back in March, we were going to debut a butterscotch chip cookie. First, we made a pit stop to the grocery store to pick up our weekly bananas :)

Momma and I always check out the baking section, where inspiration hit! What if we sprinkled toffee bits on top of the butterscotch chip cookies?

The name is fun to say, although I don't remember if it's officially "Butterscotch Toffee Top", or "Toffee Top Butterscotch".

Anyway, we also have another highly requested cookie, the real Oatmeal Raisin!

Also, we've got Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, which always makes it smell like a big giant "certain brand named" chocolate peanut butter cup in here :)

Our newest flavour Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk didn't get a full run last week, so we made it again this week!

We realized we hadn't made Cocoa Mint Chip since March!

Finally, Oatmeal Date, the hearty cookie you can eat for breakfast!

WOW
We've really ran out of Maple Walnut... and walnuts!
So we have to make Big Cookie's first ever Special Substitution with a brand new flavour, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk!

Chunks of dark chocolate combined with peanut butter makes this a less sweeter option, but is it ever smooth and creamy!
What I'm trying to say is... it's very tasty!
