Nourish and The Market Today's students, Tomorrow's chefs ! They do so in a fully operational kitchen, serving real food, to real customers. Dinner seating at 6 p.m.

As an integral part of developing tomorrow’s industry professionals, Nourish acts as a platform for students to put their new practical skills and theoretical knowledge to the test. As part of this work-integrated learning environment, first-year students are mentored by second-year station leaders. In this supervisory role, second-year students consult with the chef instructor to organize daily p

roduction. During their time in Nourish, all students gain experience working in a number of professional restaurant roles, both in front and back of house. This includes rotations on the hot line, garde manger and bakeshop. Students will have the opportunity to execute a variety of service styles, ranging from takeaway, buffet, à la carte and table d’hôte. Working as a team students navigate the kitchen and learn what it takes to be ready for service. Hours of Operation:

Thursday and Friday

Lunch seating at 12 p.m. Closed for reading week and December break.
