We are now open for the evening 🙂
And we’ve brought back a couple of fan favourites!

The Trainwreck Fries are something we’ve been doing for a while, for good reason. We also have The BBQ Ranch Miguel Lake, just as delicious as the classic with a saucy twist!

Trainwreck fries are our fresh-cut fries, covered in caramelized onions, a mozza-cheddar cheese blend and a healthy drizzle of Cutover sauce.

The BBQ Ranch Miguel Lake is our classic breaded chicken filet, tossed in a tangy BBQ sauce with pickles, lettuce and ranch.

This weather ain't so bad for December.

We will be open for our regular hours Saturday and Sunday, starting at 4pm.
We have Fried Cheeseburger Wontons and to match the dirty weather, The Dirty 30 Mile Mess will be available this weekend as well!!

Fried Cheeseburger Wontons: these beauties are filled with the makings of a good cheeseburger and fried til crispy. Resist the urge to dummy these, take your time so you don't burn your mouth 😂

We have very limited staff available today. Instead of closing, here is what we're going to try out:

We will be open from 3:30 to 5:30. Call us at 290-YUMM or come see us at our window to place an order.

Beyond that:
There is a big game for hockey fans tonight (some nervous, some excited)
Ryan is the only Cutover person available past 5:30pm.
If you are interested, you can place a preorder that he will have ready for you at a time of your choosing between 7 and 9:30pm. Minimum purchase to book a preorder slot is $40

Rules:
1 - Please don't try to barge in our little door. Believe it or not, we do not have a guest reception and sit-down tables on the inside. We are not Narnia. The window is where every customer interaction is meant to take place (this happens way more often than you might guess 😂)

2 - Pre-orders must be sent by messaging our page by 6pm, minimum pre-order purchase is $40 (PS: we have a very limited amount of Cutover Wings also available for pre-order)

3 - Whoever you cheer for or against, you gotta give Alex Newhook props, and be proud that he is a Daniel Cleary-esque playoff performer FROM NL

4 - Depending how things go, be kind to local Habs fans. They might end up needing a hug

5 - Be kind to Ryan too, he is unfortunately and ashamedly a Leafs fan (sufferer), and they always need a hug

6 - (Not actually a rule and not necessary, but would help us on this weird Friday) Share this post if you want to help a small business who is just trying to not close tonight due to a very limited staff availability ☺️

7 - Relax, chill, have fun, don't be offended, eat good food, support local 🖤
