The one behind the grill, the flavour, and a whole lot of the good times here at Hard Knox Brewery. From loaded plates to wing night rushes, Tina keeps the food coming and somehow still manages to keep everyone smiling while doing it.

If you’ve ever grabbed food at Hard Knox Brewery, chances are Tina had a hand in making your day better.

Each year our Cinco de Mayo celebration gets bigger and better and we can't WAIT for this year's festivities...
Saturday is going full fiesta mode!

From noon to 8, it’s a full day of flavour, music, and good times, so grab your crew and get comfortable. Passion Latina takes the stage from 2 to 5:30, bringing the energy, while Growleez is serving up authentic tacos, burrito bowls, churros, and more all day long.

Drinks? Think frozen mango lime margaritas and spicy micheladas, exactly what the day calls for.

Add in piñatas, pass the sombrero, and a few surprises, and you’ve got yourself one unforgettable Dos de Mayo!
