I've always loved working with wood and from this 'Board Out of My Mind' ~ Cheese+Chopping+Serving Boards, came to be. Each piece of Canadian hardwood (Walnut, Cherry or Maple) is selected for its unique characteristics and beauty. All boards are freehand cut without the use of a template and sanded to a rustic yet silky smooth finish, then preserved with a beeswax & mineral oil paste. Each board

is one-of-a-kind ... made to be passed down from kitchen to kitchen, generation to generation. As with most things, I like a rustic and organic look. I'm happy to take custom orders... just send me a message. If you see something you like that has already sold, I'm happy to re-create a custom piece for you. Please remember that each piece, whether a cutting board or item of jewelry, is one of a kind. What you will receive will be of similar design but unique in it's own way!

Each board is a one-of-a-kind piece of functional art, made to be passed down from kitchen to kitchen, from generation to generation. Metalsmithing is new to me and I'm loving it! As with most things, I like a rustic and organic look. I'm happy to take custom orders... just send me a message.
