Meet the Team Tuesday! This is Syd, she is in her third year here at the dip! Her favourite treat to make is our speciality parfait and Syd’s favourite thing about working at Velvet Dip is the amazing staff! Fun facts about Syd is her love for animals, especially dogs 🐶 In the fall she is going to Minot State to play hockey!

✨This beautiful keepsake was gifted to us by the family of Mike Malowski, who faithfully delivered milk and ice cream mix to the Velvet Dip ( and many shops, grocery stores), for 30 years!

In the very wee hours of the night and morning , before early alarms and busy summer lineups …. There was Mike. 🙌

A man trusted by many to hold a key to their shops , quietly arriving to take inventory and stock us up to make sure we were ready for the day and week ahead ! 👏🍦

He served not only us in our first couple seasons, but my Mom and Dad for 23 years before us… a big part of the Velvet Dip history .

This handcrafted Beatrice truck will sit in our window for all of our loyal customers to see and enjoy 😊…. A small but powerful reminder of the people, the pride , and behind the scenes dedication that built this place.

To Dennis and family - thank you. Your Dad’s legacy is part of our story, and we’re honoured to share it. ❤️
