One of Brighton's most iconic properties will be hitting the market early next week, and it has been a whirlwind getting it ready for today's media appointment.

So, while the pros from OneLook do their thing, I am grabbing a roasted chicken sandwich from Lola's Cafe and loading the listing information while I spy on the media team.

They have been a staple in downtown Brighton for 14 amazing years! 🎉 Originally established by Linda Bain and now operated by the fantastic duo Tracy Sutherland and Dave Perkin, Lola’s continues to prioritize local, healthy, and organic options. From vegan to gluten-free and everything in between, there's something for everyone!
Their fair trade, organic coffee sourced from The County Roasters is a must-try! ☕️ I love their Matcha Lattes.
