Three incredible weekends. Countless memories. Endless gratitude. 🇲🇽

Charleston Lake, thank you for welcoming Chef Valdez with open arms.

Over the past three weekends we've shared authentic Mexican cuisine, laughter, beautiful sunsets, and tables full of amazing people. While Main Dock Café has decided not to continue the pop-up dinner series for now, this isn't goodbye.

This is simply hasta luego.

Chef Valdez is taking over Main Dock Cafe again from Friday to Sunday, July 17–19, 4 to 8 PM.

Waterfront views, cold drinks, and new menu options you won't find any other night of the week.
