I know we have been a little quite lately and we apologize for that. We have been busy figuring out some new seeds we have gotten. We have had some failed trays along the way but trail and error happens. But it has been a fun journey!! We've had lots of growth happening on the racks the last few weeks! Between, radish, broccoli, peas and now sunflower! Its exciting times over here for Root n Cap!!

Hey fellow root n cap followers! Its been a while since we've last posted. But we've been trying to nail down some of the new seeds we got. Which are the pea micro greens and the sun flower seeds. My last post was us planting the peas, and honestly it was a disaster. But, here we have a beautiful, successful tray of microgreen peashoots. They are so tasty and so fun and exciting to watch grow!!
