What started with a Matcha Tiramisu…

For years, Kenta has been a fan of Chef Tatsuya’s Matcha Tiramisu. What began with a shared appreciation for a single dessert grew into a friendship, and now, a one-of-a-kind collaboration.

Inspired by the tradition of Japanese Kaiseki, this special omakase experience is dedicated entirely to desserts.

No savory dishes.
No sushi.
Just a carefully curated multi-course journey through sweets.

Wine pairing (evening seating) and non-alcoholic pairing are available upon request.

We recommend having a light meal before attending.

Due to the extensive preparation involved and our limited seating capacity, all reservations are final and cancellations cannot be accepted.
