From one recipe I kept testing and refining, to a cheesecake that is now loved by more and more people — and beginning to appear in different cafés. 🤍

This journey has not been easy.

There have been many trials, adjustments, long hours, and moments of uncertainty. I am also deeply grateful for the friends who introduced and supported my business along the way.

Opportunities may come through people, but what allows a product to stay is its taste, quality, and the care behind every piece.

Seeing this cheesecake slowly gain recognition means so much to me. It is more than simply selling a product — it reminds me that consistent effort can eventually be seen and appreciated.

Every batch teaches me something.
Not just about baking, but about direction, patience, and what I really want CURBS to become.

The more I make, the more I realize that I don’t want these cookies to only be for special occasions.
I want them to be something you can enjoy in everyday life — something simple, honest, and easy to share.

For someone you love.
Or just for yourself after a long day.

Nothing too fancy.

Snowball cookies are often seen during the holiday season, but they're just as enjoyable all year round.
These are made with almond flour, chocolate, and coconut, then baked until crisp and delicate. Once completely cooled, each cookie is coated with a light layer of non-melting sugar for its signature snowy finish.
The result isn't overly sweet. Instead, you'll get a light crunch, a nutty aroma from the almonds, and a melt-in-your-mouth texture that pairs beautifully with coffee or tea.

Sometimes I forget to take photos.

Usually because I’m too focused on finishing the cake, tying the ribbons, packing everything carefully, and making sure it’s ready on time.

But one thing I always remember is the feeling after everything is done

Every cake carries a different mood and story behind it,
and somehow, seeing the final result still makes me genuinely happy every time.

Especially when customers enjoy it,
or tell me afterward that the cake was balanced, not too sweet, and beautifully made.

Those little moments quietly become the reason I keep going. 🤍
