ORIGIN: PAPUA NEW GUINES
REGION: WAGHI VALLEY
ALTITUDE (MASL): 1,550
PROCESS: WASHED
NOTES: HONEY, PECAN, GREEN APPLE

From the famed Jamaica Blue Mountain variety seed, this high-altitude grown bean from Papua New Guinea goes through a 3-day fermentation and a further two weeks of sun drying before being hand sorted. The result is a medium body with notes of green apple, pecan spice and a light honey sweetness.

REGION: MOGIANA
ALTITUDE (MASL): 1,100
PROCESS: NATURAL
NOTES: HONEY, CARAMEL, RED FRUITS

Mogiana is located in the Brazilian highlands, and has been producing coffee since the late 1700’s. With rolling hills and uneven terrain, the area is primarily small farms. The personal care of these farmers, has resulted in Mogiana being synonymous with high quality coffee that is rich bodied and creamy but not super heavy or syrupy, and a moderate to low acidity.

We've roasted this one dark to really pull forward the honey and caramel. Wonderful as a cold brew and even better as a french press!

NEW ROAST ALERT!!! 🚨 ☕️

Since our Brazilian 'Dark 03' was such a fan favourite and is now sold out, our first instinct was to launch a new and improved Brazilian dark roast - DARK 05!

Dark 04 prepared in a Moka Pot has got to be one our favorite prep methods... The intensity of the first sip followed by its sweet honey finish is what makes this Papua New Guinea bean so distinct. It's a must try!
