Invented in Calgary in the 1970s by Chef George Wong at the legendary Silver Inn Chinese Restaurant. This dish has become a local favourite.

Whether enjoyed with rice at dinner or as a late-night craving, it remains one of Calgary’s most recognizable culinary creations.
