💐 Thinking back over the first 6 months of 2026 and reflecting on things I’m proud of. This order for a charity gala event at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise on January 9th where I decorated 192 Luxury cupcakes was definitely a proud moment. We placed the cupcakes on pieces of slate and covered them in glass domes. They were in and among the stunning tablescapes and looked incredible - later to be enjoyed as a delicious dessert! 🪄

Not because it's dramatic. But because it's the moment I stopped being able to pretend the trade-off was worth it.

Starting this business has been one of the best risks I've ever taken. The hours are still long sometimes — but they're mine. And that changes everything.
