Flat Boy Burgers is the Calgary outpost of an Edmonton smash burger spot that founder Dan Cote-Rosen started as a pop up in 2020 and that spent two years at the Granite Curling Club after partnering with Sea Change Brewing Co. . It operates inside Skelly Club, the new Beltline brewery and taproom from Sea Change Brewing Co. in the former Inner City space, with a kitchen that sends burgers into the taproom by conveyor belt. Daily Hive said it stands up among the best burgers in the city after it opened this summer. They also have great vegan burgers.

The pies you see here are available at Flat Boy (820 11 Ave SW) as mini pies or full size pies.

This pie is the inspiration behind our latest soft serve. “Key Lime Pie” blends tart lime into a creamy base, finished with a graham crumble. The crumble is gluten free. Now available at both Bridgeland and Killarney locations. 🎥: Floyd Gonzales | Freelance Photographer Antonija🔅Klotz NOBLES mgmt

It's the 40th anniversary of ONE CRAZY SUMMER, and in celebration we're holding a free outdoor screening of the 1986 romcom at Lukes Drug Mart Bridgeland Parking Lot on Friday! Free Entrance, All Ages. 9pm arrival, film starts at 9:30pm.

🎬 ABOUT THE FILM 🎬
Hoops McCann has the name but not the talent to carry on the family basketball tradition. He'd rather use his drawing skills to earn an art school scholarship by writing and illustrating a love story. This summer—in Nantucket—he's going to get the necessary romantic experience. John Cusack (as Hoops), Demi Moore, Curtis Armstrong and Bobcat Goldthwait headline ONE CRAZY SUMMER, a zany comedy from Savage Steve Holland.

Inside the Tony Migliarese kitchen with our recent collaborator who inspired our current soft serve flavour. Our soft serve blends the warmth of baked apple into a creamy base, finished with a sugar-glazed, toasted pastry crumble. Please note the crumble contains gluten.

Penny Crown (Unit 102, 1926 34 Ave SW) is a Marda Loop tavern from Tony Migliarese and the team behind DOPO and Bar Rocca . The concept was born on a trip through the classic taverns of New York, and the room shows it, built below street level with brick walls, a pressed tin ceiling, and a curved bar.

Apple Fritter is now available at both Bridgeland and Killarney locations. 🎥: NOBLES mgmt

Introducing “Concrete,” our latest collaboration with , inspired by John Wilson’s “The History of Concrete,” which makes its Canadian premiere at the festival this year. A black sesame base topped with toffee bits. $1 from every serving is donated to CUFF.
John Wilson is the filmmaker behind the beloved HBO docuseries “How To with John Wilson,” executive produced by Nathan Fielder, known for turning quiet observations of everyday life into something genuinely strange and moving. “The History of Concrete” is his feature debut and played Sundance earlier this year.
The 23rd Calgary Underground Film Festival runs April 16 to 26 at the Globe Cinema, with 45 features, 35 shorts, and six special events over 11 days. Lukes is proud to be the title sponsor. We’ll also be selling limited-edition CUFF totes illustrated by Tom Bagley alongside their hot sauce in store at both locations.
Concrete is now available at Bridgeland and Killarney.
