What a whirlwind within the past 24hr hours! WOW!

With that being said, you can imagine the overwhelming response! Over 2 dozen orders that I’m predicting are leading into end of Sept for fulfillment. I don’t want to start making any promises I can’t keep but with the current momentum, I can see burnout be a real thing if I don’t pace myself!

So I’m going to halt current pre-orders until I clear off what’s my plate then proceed from there.

Any messages/order going forward, I’ll give you a number (sort of like getting a little ticket when you’re waiting in line ya know?). And when I’m ready to “re-open up” for pre-orders, you’ll be contacted in order of the number I give you. If you haven’t heard from me yet, please do not panic. I WILL respond to each and every one of you eventually, that much I can promise! Send pm for a number, I won’t be able to chase down every comment.

Also, no more large orders please (max 60 at a time, to be fair to others)

Hello everyone! I am Isabelle, youngest daughter of Kwong and I’ve started a small little passion project let’s call it, with dad’s approval of course!

I am proud to announce that our beloved chili sauce and dumplings are available once again!
Like all of you, I miss our restaurant dearly. While I myself am able to cook most of the recipes for my family to enjoy, it does make me sad that can’t be shared with all of you whom have helped shape and build our restaurant to what it became. So at the very least I figured I’d try and convince them to make these little slices of memories available again!
