A hard update from us.
Savino Pizzeria is no longer open for regular online ordering, pickup, or delivery from our current location.
We were recently visited by the City after a complaint about the pizzeria operating from the alley, and we were advised that we can’t continue in this format. We stopped immediately.
We’re heartbroken. Getting to make pizza for this community, week after week, has meant more to us than we can properly explain in an Instagram caption.
Many of you have asked how you can help. Right now, the biggest thing would be catering referrals. We are still catering private events, weddings, corporate events, and larger gatherings, with a minimum order of 70 pizzas.
We’re also looking at possible ways to bring you pizza off-site this summer while we figure out our next steps.
Thank you for loving our pizza, telling your friends, showing up for us, and letting us be part of your weekends. There’s a very real pizza-shaped hole in our hearts right now, but we’re not done yet. yycfoodies
