The Tea Cult is a cozy, slow paced, 6-seat tea room full of cultural heritage woven together with stories and modern art. It is a highly personal space with design elements that are eccentric, unconventional, and inappropriate.
The opening days and hours of this shop are hard to understand from a business perspective, but I have a full time restaurant job which I love at Carino, and a family too. If the hours don’t work out for you to see me at The Tea Cult, you can also try my nearly full menu at Carino during our dinner service Wednesday to Saturday, and some select offerings at Heliopolis Social Cafe and Cafe Jindo
The people who come to see me probably enjoy tea, but why they really come to visit is to witness someone who loves what they do, someone who took something seemingly trivial and turned it into something nourishing for the soul. I am selling passion disguised as tea. If you’re in a slump, let me hand you an olive branch.
