He’s downtown Huntsville at one of our favourite coffee spots Threshold Collective which is located inside Wolfe Co..
Their coffee and treats are always delicious and you can sit and enjoy or grab your bevy and shop. We absolutely love the vibe in here. Even though it’s a large store it still has a cozy feel. If you’re in the DT area of Huntsville definitely make sure you check it out.

Let's talk pourover.

If you're a fan of Chemex or Hario V60, we've got a few options on the shelves, or if you just need to restock on filters papers, we have those too. Most of us are always on the go, always in a rush, but if you're a coffee lover and have a few minutes to spare, you may find that a pour over coffee becomes part of your morning ritual. A pour over may take a few extra minutes of your time but it's methodical, peaceful, grounding. You might even find it tastes better because it's forced you to slow down and really sip in the moment.

Traffic Coffee is back on the shelves and if you caught this when we had it last year, you'll know this isn't a chance to sleep on. Traffic Coffee is a Montréal-based roaster that takes specialty coffee in all sorts of directions, from familiar, chocolatey classics to experimental coffees with unexpected flavours. Roasted in small batches, their lineup is creative, considered, and never boring. We've brought in 4 of our favourites that we think you'll like to try. 1903.

A rather important year in cycling history. It was the year sixty riders lined up outside a café in Montgeron, France, for the very first Tour de France — six stages, 2,428 kilometres, and bicycles that bore little resemblance to the ones we ride today. The inaugural stage alone was 467 kilometres.

We borrowed the year for our Threshold 1903 Blend as a small nod to our own cycling passion. Because for us, coffee and bikes have always belonged in the same orbit: early starts, long rides, questionable weather, and the promise of something good waiting at the other end.

The coffee itself is a little more forgiving than that first Tour. But you don't need to care for bikes to love this coffee.

A rich, dark roast with notes of dark chocolate, nutty undertones and just enough fruity sweetness to keep things interesting. Naturally processed and grown at 1100–1200m, it has a smooth, creamy body and medium acidity, and makes a particularly good cup through a drip brewer or a manual espresso setup.

Made for long rides, slow mornings, and the bit in between.
