Something new is taking shape this summer 🌿

We’ve been working on a second spot — a little outside of town, set within the Lake of Bays Garden Centre. It feels like a natural fit — a place to grab a coffee and take your time to explore and appreciate everything growing around you.

Still early, still coming together, but we’re excited about it.

Not your typical honey.

Coffee blossom honey comes from the flowers of coffee trees—not the beans. The bloom only lasts a short window each year, and during that time bees gather nectar from those blossoms. The result is light, floral, and a bit different from what you’d expect—subtle, but really nice in coffee (or just on its own).

What makes it even more interesting is where it comes from. In the mountainous regions of Guatemala, many coffee farmers have traditionally relied only on their harvest to support their families—which can be unpredictable year to year. By introducing bee hives into the coffee farms, they’re not only improving pollination, but creating a second, more stable source of income through honey production.
It’s one of those products that feels good to have on the shelf—simple, but meaningful.
