My first fermented sourdough sweet bread. Light in unrefined sweetness and deliciously mighty in flavour and texture. Took quite a few “test kitchen” attempts but I think I am onto something great!

Organic Ontario Oats with unsulphured organic apricots (yes that is why they are brown and not chemically treated orange) and chai spice/tea!
