“We had an amazing experience with Vicious and Delicious. They catered our 4-day event and every single meal was indeed delicious. We got a main dish, side(s) and dessert every time... incredible and so yummy! Portion size was perfect too. Not to mention that the organization was superb: they answered emails quickly, adapted to our budget, every meal was labeled clearly, and our dietary restrictions were always accommodated. Cherry was so kind and sweet. Working with her was perfect. We literally have no negative feedback, and 50 teenagers were fed and happy for the duration of our event 🙂”

Happy Monday Everyone! We hope you had a safe and wonderful weekend with your loved ones. V&D catering sincerely apologize for being unavailable last few weeks, but we are thrilled to be back doing what we love, making all your favourite meals from scratch. Last-week our chef mom-in-law was visiting beautiful Campbell River. Viciously delicious meals were prepared from scratch with LOVE with local ingredients such as;crabby bobs seafood(fresh rockfish for fish tacos)smith and Lee meat shop, fresh farm stands fruits/veggies, Dave’s bakery, Steiner bakery, the mustard lady(Courtenay), Coombs market(goats on the roof), Brown’s bay/restaurant seafood, Campbell River farmers market, miracle Beach mini golf, discovery pier concession(ice-cream), and Transformations on the shore-carving competition. The family had a wonderful time eating and visiting Beautiful Campbell River and surrounding areas❤️

Last-week we catered a Corporate dinner event for a small group of 25. When a group choose us to catered their event a second time around. It brings us great joy that you enjoyed the food and our service. Dinner menu was; build your own rice bowl with Chicken Teriyaki, mixed veggies, steam rice, Green salad(dressing), berry crumble and whip-cream for dessert❤️

Our chef(team) felt loved by familiar faces and some hugs from the group leaders, the raves about the food, leftovers were brought back to their coworkers who had to work, the service, and the best part rebooking for next year. Vicious and Delicious Catering believe in top-notch customer service, where we assist you with advice about our products and services, via email, website, in person, and over the phone🌺

This week chef Cherry’s family(Mother-in-law)is visiting beautiful Campbell river from Ontario. Sunday welcome dinner was a roasted citrus juicy spatchcock chicken, baked potatoes, green beans, and dessert was strawberry crumble with vanilla ice cream. According to the family everything was viciously delicious😋

Hi everyone, this is chef Cherry writing this post today, as our social media and V&D staff is under the weather today. As a result of, I am all by myself holding it down😁prepping for this week’s events. Wishing them speedy recovery💐

On the menu;Tuscan chicken, vanilla sheet cake, cookies(lots of cookies lol😂), to go lunches, breakfast, bbq chicken, veggie and chicken noodle soups, mashed potatoes, salads, beef lasagnas, steamed veggies and lots more.
