🚛 It's the Wednesday before the festival, and that means one of our favourite traditions is underway!

Our friends from Peterborough Tent and Event Rentals arrive in Campbellford and get to work transforming the festival grounds into the beautiful canopy that will soon be home to The 11th Annual IncrEdible Edible Festival

Over the next few days, you'll see the site come to life as tents go up, vendors arrive, and months and months of planning become reality. We are so grateful to the incrEdible team at Peterborough Tent and Event Rentals for helping us create a welcoming space where our community can gather to celebrate local food, farmers, makers, and musicians.

The countdown is on... just a few more days until we welcome everyone to downtown Campbellford for an incrEdible day! 🍓🌽🎉

Today we had a very special guest stop by the bakery today Jamie Harkin! Who is a very well known over TikTok, instagram and other social media platforms. He is from Ireland and moved to Canada in 2024, and has been documenting his time here!
