3 types of cookie - Matcha White Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Corn Crunch, and Brownie topped with so many ganache flavours and sauces - Mango, Vanilla Bean, Coconut, Pistachio, Coffee, and Peanut Butter ganache with Salted Caramel sauce, and candied pistachios, hazelnuts, and pecans... WOW! 🙃

What makes these treats so delicious?
Quality ingredients! Everything is made with premium couverture Valrhona chocolate and cocoa powder with pure cacao cocoa butter, European-style churned 84% butter, and King Arthur non-GMO verified unbleached organic hard red wheat flour ☺️

Welcome to Butter Baking Company's page!

Butter Baking Company is a home-based sweet (and occasionally savory) bakehouse that's been turning traditional treats upside down, giving them a little edge since summer of 2023.
We're not big on conventional but we are totally into combining multiple recipes into one and feeding our super flavourful treats to those who crave the unexpected!

A bit of background? Before Butter Baking Company was Butter (as we like to call it), we opened a little ice cream shop in Irondale, ON at Ted's Burger Wagon. For the first few weeks we served a variety of flavours of ice cream, which kicked off rather well, but the creativity juices were flowing and flowing loud lol! So, we introduced homemade cookie ice cream sandwiches and our homemade version of a blizzard; Apple Caramel Crumble, Death by Chocolate Brownie, Birthday Cake Truffle, Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Pretzel Pie, and two others that were loaded with fresh fruit. Sales skyrocketed fast, and nothing made us more happy than seeing and hearing how enjoyable our homemade products were!!
But then the season came to an end, we switched gears, and started selling our baked goods at a local restaurant and, of course, at Ted's Burger Wagon, were we got our start 🤗

Since then we have been producing and selling some really freakin' good specialty baked items for holidays but seriously, we consider NO occasion at all to be a perfectly valid occasion to celebrate yourself or someone else 🥰
