Very special shoutout to our Head Chef Cheyenne .carr for not only creating the tastiest burger but for showing up to this kitchen with such consistency! We are truly so lucky to have her 🤩

The Bacon Popper Burger 💥

jalapeño cream cheese stuffed inside a made in house beef patty accompanied by jalapeño monetary jack, bacon, crispy fried onions, arugula, tomato and pickled jalapeño served on a toasted brioche bun smothered with garlic aioli and topped with a jalapeño popper.

CASTLEGAR BURGER MONTH STARTS OCT 2! All burgers are $18 (+tax, no side) and are available at participating restaurants. Be sure to support your local businesses and cast your votes! 🗳️🍔
