As new owners, we are excited to have a hand in creating a vibrant downtown that is filled with stores that the people of Castlegar want. In light of this, we would really appreciate public opinion, as to the stores you would like and be willing to support. We also want to utilize the back parking lot for events such as markets, food trucks etc. and welcome more ideas with regards to this space. In terms of rental, we are committed to working with great business ideas, and in support we are happy to be creative with leases.
