It is with mixed emotions that we share some news regarding the future of La Rose Bistro. After four wonderful years, we have made the difficult decision not to open for the upcoming season and will be officially closing our doors.
This journey has been incredibly special, and we want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has been a part of it:
To our incredible staff: Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and passion. We are so proud of everything we achieved together.
To our local suppliers: Thank you for your partnership. Your high-quality ingredients allowed us to showcase the very best of the island on every plate.
To our amazing customers: Whether you dined with us once or weekly, thank you. Taking the time to share a meal with us meant the world. We truly hope you had as wonderful an experience visiting us as we did serving you.
To our families: we owe you everything. Thank you for the encouragement and for being the backbone of this dream.
A special thanks to our staff and customers for embracing our children being part of the restaurant life—your patience and kindness made this feel like a second home to them. You didn’t just support a business; you supported our family.
While our doors are closing, the culinary journey continues. You can still enjoy Chef Greg’s incredible cooking at his new venture, Fluke, located at the Blackbush Resort in Grand Tracadie. He will be serving a curated 5-course set menu that changes weekly to highlight the freshest seasonal finds. We hope to see you there!
