We’re so excited to officially announce our 2nd location!
This April, The Carolinian Café & Kitchen will be opening inside the new Hagersville Library & Active Living Centre (11 Athens Street). Our goal is simple create a place where great food and coffee (of course), brings people together. Morning routines, lunchtime conversations, and the small moments that turn into lasting food memories.
We can’t wait to share this next chapter with the Hagersville community! Opening April 7th at 8am.

🏆Well the results are in! After a wildly successful day of Lunch Specials sales this Wednesday, by the thinnest of margins, the Buffalo Chicken Wrap has won the Battle of the Bites to become our newest lunch menu item! Thank you to everyone who participated along the way and to those who even took time to fill out an empty bracket! By the way— Holly, aka Foodstradamus, got it perfect each week all the way to the very end and won herself a $50 gift card! And was a wicked sport to have helped me film this video to boot! Go Bills!

What started as a fun way to test new specials has turned into a full-on bracket, and now we’re down to the final matchup.

🏆 Buffalo Chicken Wrap vs Turkey & Brie Focaccia🏆

Both will be available this Wednesday, January 7th. The first to sell out wins and becomes an official menu item.

At the beginning we asked customers to fill out blank brackets. Nearly 50 were filled out and only one has made it to the end unscathed! Is Holly a Foodstradamus? We'll find out tomorrow! She has Buffalo Chicken Wrap winning it all! What do you think will win?
