Our noodles are crafted in a dedicated noodle-making room inside the restaurant, using a special blend of three different types of wheat flour.
With a low hydration ratio, they have a firm, satisfying texture and a rich wheat aroma that pairs perfectly with our flavorful soup.
Because the noodles absorb the soup over time, we recommend enjoying your bowl while it’s fresh and at its best.
