All the details with Ontario Veal Apeal have been worked out. Wednesday July 29th we'll be holding a dinner with Ontario Veal Apeal hosted by John Catucci host of you Gotta Eat Here. Call 519-354-5270 to place a 6:00 reservation for the night. We'll be doing a set menu that night at $60.00 per person.

Veal (and pork) Sliders
Mini Veal Parmesan Sandwich
Spaghetti and Veal Meatballs

Salad - spring mix with tomato, cucumber and our raspberry vinaigrette

Main choices
Veal Gruyere - lightly breaded veal cutlet topped with thin sliced tomato and swiss cheese finished with a mushroom tarragon cream sauce.

Veal Neptune - breaded veal cutlet talked with creamy seafood.

Veal Medallions - bacon wrapped medallions of veal topped with feta cheese and bruschetta.

Osso Buco - braised Veal Shank in a traditional Ragu

(Please note that the pictures below show how we've made these real dishes in the past at the restaurant that night we may change up and get some fresh seasonal vegetable and we're still undecided if we're going to be doing a different starch for each dish or if everything will be served with potato.)

Big congratulations to our own Chef James! 🎉
Thursday night, Chef James and members of his lodge hosted their first annual charity dinner and raised an amazing $6,000 for local community organizations.

Tonight is the last shift for Chef patrick. He has been James's Apprentice for the last 4 years and is headed off to work at Pearl Morissette a 2 Star Michelin restaurant ranked number one in Canada. Seeing him grow and move on like this is one of the proudest moments in my career and I wish him nothing but the best!

Thursday May 21 our very own Chef James will be hosting a charity dinner at the Chatham Masonic Center on River view drive Tickets are $100.00 each for a wonderful beef tenderloin buffet. Casa Bella is donating a dinner for 4 for the silent auction that night.

Wellington-Victory Lodge in Chatham, together with Century Lodge in Merlin, is proud to present the Master’s Charity Dinner, a community fundraiser supporting three important local programs.

The evening will feature a beef tenderloin buffet dinner prepared by Chef James of Casa Bella, along with a silent auction, 50/50 draw, and cash bar.

Proceeds from the event will support:

• TJ Stables Exceptional Riders Program – providing therapeutic horseback riding opportunities for individuals with disabilities
• The Merlin Breakfast Program – helping ensure local children start their day with a healthy meal
• Chatham-Kent Minor Baseball – supporting youth development through sport
