Johnny’s Jukebox Diner is looking for a strong, reliable full-time Sous Chef to take over our breakfast kitchen position.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Can confidently run and organize the kitchen during breakfast service
• Works well leading a shift alongside support staff
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong prep, timing, and multitasking skills
• Takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Sous Chef to join our kitchen team for breakfast and lunch service.

Shift Hours:
7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities Include:

* Assisting with daily kitchen operations
* Preparing and cooking breakfast/lunch menu items
* Supporting and supervising kitchen staff
* Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
* Helping with prep, inventory, and organization
* Ensuring quality and consistency during service
