Today was the last breakfast/lunch we made.
We went back to the old reliable lonches. They will be getting their cooking crew tonight!

Now that our massive coffee pot is freed up, we decided to put it out. We also had tons of leftover snacks so that's going out there too. If you see a crew looking for coffee let them know it's out there. We will try to get it out as early as possible.

For now it's time for a well earned rest! Thanks to the community that helped make this possible.

Last BCWS Dinner before the Camp cooks arrive tomorrow. We jammed packed this one!

On the menu tonight: A slab of lasagna with an enormous pork chop, Curtido and Corn Bean Salads. Soup with a ton of meats and Root Veggies. Lemonades, Sodas, Chips and Feastables.

They did great work today and deserve the best!

On the Menu: Chicken Pot Pie with Corn Bean Salad, Curtido and Red Rice. Chocolate and Chips. And of course, lemonade.

Kara fit at least a dozen feastables in her pockets. Our lemonade cups didn't spill after falling off a side-by-side. More protein and carbs was appreciated and approved

Very special thanks to Jenny Armstrong who spent the whole day, 8-4, picking up enough food to feed an army! We had been cleared out and swamped!

Moreover, big extended thanks to Mike from Loboy Market who hooked us up with some freebie extras -- chocolate bays, drinks and snacks to pack alongside those wildfire lunches. We've had an outpouring of support and it keeps this stagecoach rolling.

We have been operating more like a fire camp commissary over the last few days, running around the clock to prep dozens of breakfasts, grab-and-go lunches, and nightly dinners. They're doing such a great job and we're hoping to do our part.

​Because our kitchen is working overtime, we might run low on a few of our usual ingredients over the next several days. If you stop by during our regular hours, please bear with us, we might be switching things up and serving tostadas!
