Hi , I’m Mackenzie!
I’m the face behind Peacock Pairings💛.
With Peacock Pairings officially turning 5 years old, I thought it would be the perfect time to reintroduce myself for everyone’s who’s joined along the way.
5 years ago, what started as a creative hobby quickly became something so much bigger than I ever imagined. I began this journey in a different city with a simple goal: to create beautiful food that brought people together. Since then, life has changed in so many ways. I’ve moved to a smaller town, built a business that has taken me to hundreds of celebrations, met incredible clients who have become friends, and had the privilege of being part of so many special moments.
If you’ve ever ordered a grazing table, charcuterie box, recommended my business to a friend, liked a post, or simply followed along—thank you. Every bit of support has helped turn this little dream into my full-time career, and I’ll never take that for granted.
A few things about me…
✨ I got married just two months ago to my best friend, and it was one of the happiest days of my life.
✨ I genuinely believe people eat with their eyes first.
✨ My favourite part of every setup is adding all the final little touches and stepping back to admire the finished table before it’s enjoyed.
✨ I still get excited before every event, no matter how many I’ve done.
Running a small business isn’t always glamorous. There are early mornings, late nights, grocery runs, answering emails, cleaning, bookkeeping, and a lot of behind-the-scenes work that most people never see. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Peacock Pairings has grown because of this amazing community, and I’m so excited for what’s still to come. There are so many new ideas, events, and beautiful tables ahead, and I can’t wait to continue sharing them with you.
