Dear friends, regulars, and everyone who's ever walked through our doors on 74 King Street W

After many incredible years of sharing plates, pouring drinks, laughing way too loud, and making downtown Cobourg feel a little more like home, The EL is getting ready to close our doors for our final chapter as we move onto new adventures!

What better way to say goodbye than on the festive day of Saint Patrick’s this coming Tuesday. Join us for our final service and maybe some Jameson shots.

Pop by this weekend to get your truffle fry fix indulge in our famous Brussels sprouts and get the towns fav fried chicken one last time.

We’re so grateful for every single one of you thats been part pf our jourmey over the years. Whether it was date night, girls’ night, post beach refuels, or just because you needed a great spot to land we are thankful totou all

To the staff who stuck by us over the years and delivered top tier service, you made The EL what it was.

A little eclectic, a lot of fun, and always full of heart. We are excited to see what comes next for this little gem in our downtown core.
