The little Guajillo plant that started from a handful of dried seeds just keeps surprising me. 🔥

We now have TWO new chiles growing, and that very first pepper has gotten so big! Watching each new chile appear has been such a rewarding reminder that a little patience can grow into something incredible.

It's amazing to think that a few seeds from Mexico are now thriving here in Canada, carrying a small piece of home with them. Every new pepper feels like another chapter in this journey of sharing Mexican traditions through Casa Fuego.

I can't wait to see how many more chiles this little plant gives us. Maybe one day, they'll become part of a very special batch of Casa Fuego salsa. 🇲🇽🔥

What an incredible evening at "A Night for Venezuela".

Seeing so many people come together in support of Venezuela was truly inspiring. Every donation made throughout the evening will go to the Canadian Red Cross , helping provide humanitarian assistance where it's needed most. 🇻🇪❤️

A huge thank you to Somos Comox Valley for bringing our community together and organizing such a meaningful event. Your dedication created a night filled with hope, generosity, and connection.

We were also treated to an amazing performance by , celebrating the beauty and spirit of Latin culture, followed by a fun and energetic salsa dance class with Salsa with Chris that had everyone smiling and dancing the night away. 🔥

Casa Fuego is grateful to have been part of such a special evening. Thank you to everyone who attended, donated, bid in the auction, volunteered, and showed your support.
