Funny story… we’ve always wanted to add Cassava Cake to the menu but it never quite happened. Then right before opening our Whitby store, we added it as a last-minute menu item and somehow it became a hit.

Made with grated cassava, coconut milk, and condensed milk, it’s rich, soft, creamy, and baked until perfectly golden on top.

So if you see it in stock… you might want to grab it before someone else does. 👀

USOK means smoke. And where there’s USOK, there’s fire. Here’s a glimpse of what goes on in our kitchen, although with our open kitchen, you’ve probably noticed already 😅

We cook with real fire, real food and a whole lot of effort behind the scenes. Nothing rushed, nothing just thrown together. A lot goes into every order before it leaves the kitchen- the grilling, the prep, the timing, all of it. Good food takes work and that’s the whole point of USOK.

Anyhoo, we just wanted to say that we’re back for the week. 😆 K thanks bye!
