It starts with pork belly that’s slow-braised until it’s nice and tender. Then we fry it for those crispy edges, coat it in our adobo sauce and serve it fresh.

It’s simple, comforting and never gets old. If you haven’t tried it yet, we’d love for you to. And if it’s already one of your favourites, we’re always happy to make it again. 😊
