6 years in and every day still feels like day one.
To be named #48 on North Americas 50 best feels honestly unbelievable. We started this vision literally in our parents’ kitchen. Built this thing with borrowed tools and borrowed time into the powerhouse it is today.
The blood, sweat, tears, pain — the floods, power outages, snowstorms, the nights a glass explodes in the dishwasher, or a guest shows up and doesn’t eat fish or seafood — all those hard fu***ng days were worth it today.
To every other restaurant in North America, many of whom probably deserve this more than us, thank you for pushing us forward and giving us the energy to be better every single day.
Today, LFG is more than an acronym.
