Wow... what a week!
144 loaves of sourdough bread baked and sold! 🤯🍞
And that doesn't even include all the bagels, treats, pizza, and everything we baked to keep our storefront, Milligan's, and the Friends of Bon Echo stocked all week long. Looking back, it's amazing to see just how much we accomplished.
Thank you to each and every one of you who continues to support my dream. I truly appreciate every visit, every purchase, every kind word, and every recommendation. I don't take any of it for granted.
A huge shoutout to my daughter, Michaela, who helped me tackle all the baking this week. We pushed through the heat wave together, even when the A/C struggled to keep up! The late nights and early mornings are all worth it because of your incredible support.
Another big thank you goes to my husband, Glen, who finishes his full-time job and then comes home to jump into the dish pit to help us keep up behind the scenes. And to my son, who stepped in to build pizza boxes, wash dishes, and help wherever he was needed. I'm incredibly blessed to have a family that stands behind this business.
We are all so thankful for every single customer who walks through our doors. Your support means more than you'll ever know.
