We've added some snacky/ starter dishes and more Schnitzel styles, a senior Schnitzel option, shown in picture, as well as a spicy Cajun Chicken dish....delicious and fresh, as always.

Had some great guys stop in on their trip to Fairbanks. What are the chances, eh? Two road warriors, Pete, Bill, was a pleasure to meet you yesterday, and great chat we've had. Ride safe. I hope to make it down to CA on the bike in the foreseeable future to share a drink with you guys.

Also, made some fresh treats, Pistachio Mascarpone layer cake and Tiramisu and more...

Special today is Lamb chops Greek Style with all the fixings, roasted Garlic lemon potatoes, Tzatziki, fresh green beans...

Aahhh, sunshine, friends and Patio time at The 1906 Bistro-Bar... For Cocktail Saturday...Yes! Every cocktail is only $11.00, all day long!

And we have a tender Veal Tortellini in a rose sauce with local, garden fresh Oregano and verdure griglia (roasted Vegetables) fresh Parmesan and some cracked pepper to make it complete.

A tasty Arugula and spinach salad with Apple, Cantaloupe and Walnuts in our Citrus dressing...light, refreshing and very satisfying.

What a great day it was yesterday. A big Thank you to everyone that came in to enjoy Canada Day 🇨🇦 with us. The Patio was hopping for a good while, lots of laughs and good times.

And we had a whole bunch of first time/ new customers, it was nice meeting all of you, we'll see you again soon.
