This 6.5 x 3.5" tree log cake is fully covered with marshmallow fondant. The cake is consist of 2 chocolate layers with Lindt chocolate american buttercream filling.

Intricate detailing of the bright red chainsaw is this cake's masterpiece. Also, a heart shape with initials carved at the center of the log signifying 2 human souls joined for life to be with each other in silent unspeakable memory.

Custard Meringue Roulade Cake

Or what we call in the Philippines as, BRAZO DE MERCEDES!
It is made from a sheet of super soft meringue with a rich custard filling. This pillowy meringue roll is dusted with powdered sugar on the outside.

My kids super loved it and even call it a MARSHMALLOW CAKE because of its softness and fluffiness -it's as if you can taste the clouds on its goodness. 🤤
