I love that Clarke likes to mingle with the customers. He's a meat eatin', rib cookin', manly man with a beautiful sense of humor. If he can make someone chuckle, he will. (He has no idea I'm making this post. Nor does he know I flew outta the kitchen to snap a pic) 🤣

Wow RIB NIGHT was a huge hit, didn't think they were gonna go THAT fast and loved seeing all the dirty faces, fingers and elbows! 🤣. What's on the go for tonight? I'm gonna have one of my favorites. Fish Tacos with Caesar salad because that Kristen makes one wicked Caesar dressing.

Small town shout out! Clarke knows Jacob's family well. It's one of those real feel good proud moments!
