New line of meals coming out! Several different foil pack meals, sides and desserts good for the campfire, bbq or even just to pop in oven. I’ll have a bunch of them available for purchase at the carvel farmers market on June 13th too! These are a few I made yesterday.

List of some things coming:
Foil packet meals

1. teriyaki chicken, broccoli, mushroom, onions zucchini, seasame seeds
2. Beef, broccoli, onion, sauce
3. Chicken, fajitas seasoning, peppers, onions.
4. Baguette, roast beef, cheese, onions, peppers au jus packet
5. Baby potatoes, Hamburg patties, mushrooms, onions, beef gravy
6. Peppers, onions, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, garlic, butter, herbs
7. Potatoes and broccoli, doused in garlic, seasonings, and Parmesan
8. Barbecue-sauce-smothered chicken joins up with zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus
9. Chicken breast smothered in a creamy sauce, rice, black beans, and corn
10. Tender shrimp, smoky sausage, zucchini, and fresh corn, garlic butter
11. A tangy honey mustard sauce coats baby potatoes and sausage slices
12. salmon, garlic, fresh herbs, butter, and lemon
13. chicken breast, tender red potatoes, and buttery ranch seasoning, plus shredded cheddar and bacon on top
14. Tender asparagus, red bell pepper, corn, and flaky salmon, all doused in garlic and herb butter and a squeeze of lemon.
15. Jambalaya: rice cooks right in the packet along with andouille sausage, veggies, and Cajun seasoning
16. Pot roast and beef sausage join up with butternut squash, summer squash, corn on the cob and seasonings
17. Campfire cones: sugar cones filled with marshmallows, chocolate chips, strawberry powder
18. S’mores kits

Working on orders this week: breakfast burritos, Greek chicken burritos, bbq chicken burritos, and chicken fajita burritos. Love making my fajita mix on my big flat top grill! So good!!

I have 18 breakfast burritos at $2.50 each. They have eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, peppers, onions and double cheddar cheese. Pick up st.Albert. Individually wrapped and frozen

With the up coming week possibly changing the prices of many things my price list for meals could be changing too. I will update when we all know more. Just be advised when ordering that prices may differ but I will always tell you up front first if they do. Thank you for supporting my small business I appreciate you all.

This year I am once again making Christmas dessert boxes. Orders will need to be placed by November 12th with the deposit for each item requested. Confirmation message will be sent as soon as order placed and deposit paid as I usually do for meal orders each week. Once order has been placed and a deposit confirmed no refund will be given back if you change your mind. Thank you. I can only take a certain amount of orders so please try to put your orders in asap. Pick up will be in St.Albert between Dec.21st-Dec.23rd( unless otherwise requested and agreed upon)
