Thrilled to have catered the Temiskaming Hospital Foundation's Night of the Stars ⭐️

I’m incredibly proud of my fantastic team for their hard work and dedication.

Here’s a taste of our farm-to-table menu:

**Appetizers:**
- Bison chorizo meatballs
- Savory cheese pâte de choux
- Korean pork belly bonbons

**First Course:**
- Maple candied salad

**Second Course:**
- Beef short rib on a bed of potato purée, glazed root vegetables, chimichurri, and red wine sauce
*Or*
- Butternut squash risotto with Parmigiano, sage butter and greens

**Dessert:**
- Maple white chocolate mousse with haskap & apple gelée
