March BakedBox is St Patrick’s day special!! These boxes went out today with coffee cake, whisky Brownies, cheesecake cupcakes, cake pops, trifle, Pot de crème, butter cookies and double chocolate chip cookies!!

It’s vadai day!! Methu vadai has the best texture and flavour it goes so well coconut chutney and sambar( yellow lentil soup) it’s an absolute favourite in our family!! These are savoury donuts made with black lentils!! This is a very traditional South Indian breakfast, snack and street food!!
