It is with a mixture of deep sadness and great solace that we mourn the loss of the Original Dough-Master. Uncle Fadel passed peacefully surrounded by so many that loved him. He was and still is an inspiration behind so much of what we do today, from preparation, to recipes, and to loving that we get to share it with you.

To Allah (SWT) and to Him we shall return “(Quran 2:156)”.

We ask Allah to grant his beautiful soul eternal peace, and to give his beautiful family strength, patience, and comfort through this difficult time.
