Chicken For Lunch Chicken for Lunch was owned and operated by the famous Amy Quon of the Lingnan Restaurant in Edmonton. After 32 years, the restaurant is now closed.

Chicken for Lunch is located in the lower level food court of Scotia Place. Come out and try Amy's delicious Crack Chicken! Remember to bring cash! This is the busiest fast food site downtown. so Cash means fast fast fast! Long line ups are expected, however fast service keeps people flying through the line! Come try Chicken for Lunch out and tell Amy that it was a Facebook recommendation. This IS an Amy Approved page!

Chicken for Lunch last day is February 29th.

As we close the chapter on 32 years of serving delicious food at Chicken for Lunch, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to you, my loyal customers and now friends. Thank you for your support and patience in the long lines for all these years. Thank you for enjoying my cooking and sharing in all my life events. Thanks for always being a champion of me and my small business. Thank you for making so many wonderful memories for me. Thank you for allowing me to give you special names. I will cherish all the 32 years here at Chicken for Lunch.

While I will miss you all, I am excited to announce that I will still be at Lingnan delighting and making you smile.

Have you submitted a video message yet?? If you haven’t heard, Amy is retiring from Chicken for Lunch (don’t worry, you will still see her at Lingnan!). We’re asking customers to please submit video messages wishing her a happy retirement so we can put them together into one beautiful video.
