When you order the Harvey Roll, you don’t realize how big each piece actually is until it hits your table 🤩 It’s definitely a mouthful of high quality chefs choice of fish, chopped scallop, cucumber, avocado, pickled daikon, topped with spicy seafood mix and tobiko.

Omg the sun is making us wish we were in Okinawa right now ☀️

What and where is Okinawa?
Okinawa is the southern most prefecture of Japan and it is like the “Hawaii of Japan” with gorgeous clear blue waters and white sand beaches.

Since we can’t be there right now, we will have to settle for some Orion Beer, a rice lager brewed in Okinawa (made with pure spring water from the north mountainous Okinawa and local Okinawan rice), and imagine we are on the beaches of Okinawa 🏖️

We also have the Orion Dark lager, which is remarkably light with caramel sweetness and a crisp clean finish.

These are one of the boss’s personal favorite beers and he is super excited to be able to share them with you 🍻

Kirin Harekaze (Blue)- translates to “fresh breeze” and brewed with 100% malt. Easy to drink, smooth, low bitterness, slightly sweet with hints of white grape and green apple (very subtle)

Sapporo Premium Yebisu (Yellow)- 100% malt lager. Rich, creamy and malty with caramel notes and slightly bitter finish.
